This coffee is created with Latin American coffees, mainly from Peru and Costa Rica. We add intensity to blend by using a touch of high-grade Robusta.
Roasting
"Split Roast Medium-Dark This coffee uses the split roast technique to create intensity and complexity. The first split is composed exclusively of Arabicas and is lighter, while the second one is a mix of arabicas and robustas and is roasted darker to develop body and roastiness. It is slightly darker than its Vertuo counterpart."
