  1. A World Explorations Cadiz Espresso capsule
  2. A scoop vanilla ice cream
  3. cold semi-skimmed milk
  4. saffron strands

A Milk frother Aeroccino 3
A Vertuo double espresso cup
An Ice cream spoon

Let's make it!

  1. Pour 100 ml of cold semi-skimmed milk into your Aeroccino and add a pinch of saffron. Close the lid and press the start button for 3 seconds to create a froth of cold milk. 
  2. Meanwhile, extract 40 ml of Cadiz World Explorations Espresso and set aside.
  3. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the Double Espresso cup. Pour the coffee around the ice. 
  4. Pour Aeroccino flavored milk foam over the ice cream and espresso.
  5. For a touch of color, garnish with a few sprigs of saffron.
