The Club delivers your orders wherever and whenever you want throughout Egypt, within city limits.
1. HOME AND OFFICE DELIVERY
Get free delivery to your address of choice when you purchase any Nespresso machine, accessory, or a minimum of 5 sleeves.
2. BOUTIQUE/ Pop Up PICKUP
Orders placed will be ready for pick up in 4 hours according to boutique/ Pop Up stock availability. Orders can be collected at your own convenience from the boutique counter, and you will PAY IN-STORE upon arrival.

AFTER SALES
Nespresso warrants machines against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. Cleaning and descaling are not covered as a warranty repair.
The international warranty on Nespresso machines is valid 2 years after the machine purchase and it should be the same model that is sold by Nespresso. The same model also means that electric power is the same (220V).
When you receive an immediate technical diagnosis and a solution to your machine query, the Nespresso Club will collect your machine at a pre-arranged time, organize the loan of a replacement machine when necessary and bring back your machine once repaired - This service is available 6 days a week.
