Machine & Accessories Returns & exchange | Machines purchased directly from Nespresso can be returned up to 30 days after receipt from purchase or delivery. Any machine purchased at a retail store or from another website must be returned to the original store or site from which it was purchased. Please ensure your machine is in its original condition and packaging, and include all relevant invoices in your return. If you experience any issues with your machine, call 16686 to troubleshoot with our trained specialists. |
Coffee Returns & exchange | Unopened coffee sleeves can be returned only within one hour from purchase with the receipt. We're sorry, but individual capsules and opened coffee sleeves are not eligible for returns. |
