- Shanghai Lungo 110ml
- 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 25ml simple syrup
- Ice cubes
- Lemon rind to garnish
Let's make it!
- Fill the glass with ice
- Pour the syrup in the bottom of a glass
- Top with the lemon juice
- Brew the coffee and gently pour the coffee in the glass
- Garnish with lemon rind
