Split Roast Medium Roast Latin American beans are roasted medium dark and quickly to develop sweetness. The other coffees are roasted a bit longer to develop a velvety texture. We add the flavour in after roasting.
Aromatic Profile
An indulgent coffee with a notes of almond and the sweet vanilla. The smooth taste is complemented by notes of brown caramel reminiscent of pastries and butter.
