1 x Forest Black Capsule2 tsps. chaga mushroom powder*3 Tbs. very hot water1 cup heavy cream1 tsp. maple syrupSprigs of fresh dill, optional1 slice fresh button mushroom
Let's make it!
1.In a small glass or bowl, mix together mushroom powder and hot water until smooth. Let steep 10 minutes.2.If using cream whipper, add mushroom water to whipper with cream.3.Proceed with manufacturer’s instructions to whip.4.Otherwise, add mushroom water to heavy cream in large bowl and whisk until soft peaks form.5.Add maple syrup to your serving glass. Brew capsule directly into glass.6.Top with generous amount of mushroom whipped cream. Garnish with dill fronds.7.Place mushroom slice onto foam.
