Do you want to be able to recycle your capsules easily?

With the Nespresso recycling plan, we have partnered with Arcenciel (our official Recycling Partner) to provide different options for recycling your used aluminium capsules and fulfilling your commitment to protecting the environment. Ensure to have your used capsules collected from your doorstep with your next delivery order.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

The NESPRESSO machines are under 2 years warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase mentioned on the invoice.

For any question concerning maintenance and after-sales service of your NESPRESSO machine, please contact the NESPRESSO Club @ (+961) 5 953 700 for advice and assistance.

You will receive immediate technical diagnosis and a solution to your machine query, if needed, the NESPRESSO Club will collect your machine at a pre-arranged time and bring it back once repaired. This service is available 6 days a week and includes the repair package below depending on machine warranty period:

Machine Within 2 years warranty:

- Free Repair

- Collection of the machine from the address of your choice

- Loan machine granted during the repair time

- Repair of your machine and a full check of its components

- Return of your machine to the address of your choice.

Machine outside 2 years warranty:

- Repair under flat fees

- Collection of the machine from the address of your choice

- Loan machine granted during the repair time

- Repair of your machine and a full check of its components

- Cleaning and descaling of your machine

- Return of your machine to the address of your choice.

- A set of 7 Capsules Free

- 6 months extended warranty

- Return of your machine to the address of your choice.

Exchange and Return Policy

 Coffee capsules and consumables cannot be exchanged or returned.

Machines and Accessories can be exchanged within 1 month provided they are not used and kept in their original packaging

All items are non-refundable.
