Roasting
Split Roast / Light Roast The Brazilian coffee is lightly roasted to keep it smooth and with all its malted cereal notes intact, while the majority of the Colombian coffee beans get a short roast to release all their finer aromatics.
Aromatic Profile
An aromatic and sweet blend with notes of toasted sesame, caramel, and a mix of nuts, including peanuts. The cereal-like undertones of oat and barley add a toasty and nutty flavor.
