1.In little jug, put 5gr of Chaga mushroom* powder and 50ml of boiling water over it. Mix it together and let it infuse for 10min.
2.Into a whipped cream siphon (250ML Siphon) , pour 200ml of cream, the mix of Chaga mushroom powder and water. Add one capsule* of whipper charger. Then Shake vigorously.
3.In a View Lungo cup, put 5 gramms of maple syrup.
4.Then extract a 40ml of Festive Black Coffee. Add whipped cream on the top of the coffee.
5.To finish, put a shaved Button mushroom or chestnut mushroom on top. And sprinkle some fresh dill over it.
