Smooth-bodied in complement with its delicate, rounded taste, you may catch its hints of sweet nutty and biscuity notes in a wonderfully complex cup.

Roasting
We divide this single origin coffee in two batches to use in a split roast. The first split has the majority of the green beans and is roasted to a light profile, while the second split is smaller, but roasted to a darker degree to bring out some intensity, making it a balanced roast overall.
