Coffee tastes vary across this expansive country and our blend’s complexity reflects that. We brought together beans from the Cerrado district, the Espirito Santo state, and the renowned pulped natural processed Bourbon variety from Minas Gerais. One big salute to some of Brazil’s finest growing regions, iconic processing method and revered variety.

Roasting
Espirito Santo beans are roasted separately for an optimal time as to preserve the herbal notes. The beans from the other regions are roasted together in a dark roasting mode and for much longer to enhance body, intensity and bitter notes.

A pleasantly bitter and velvety-textured cup with unexpected walnut, sandalwood and herbal notes reminiscent of thyme and rosemary.
