Here is what you need
Let's make it!
1.Pour 100 ml of 1.5% fat milk into the Nespresso Barista device or an Aeroccino4. Close the lid, select the “Latte Macchiato” recipe and press the start button.
2.Pour 10 ml of Agave syrup in a Barista Recipe glass.
3.Pour the hot milk foam in the glass, and brew 40ml of Infiniment Gourmand on the top.
4.Sprinkle roasted chopped hazelnuts on top.
5.Tip from Pierre Hermé: Roast the hazelnuts in the oven at 160°C.
