- 1 capsule Forest Fruit Flavor
- 2 stalks of lemongrass*
- 2 tsps. sugar, or simple syrup
- 4 oz. sparkling water
- Caramel sauce
- Assorted berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries), for garnish
Let's make it!
LET'S MAKE IT!
- Place 1 lemongrass stalk into cocktail shaker or jug, and smash/muddle to release oils.
- Brew capsule directly onto lemongrass. Set aside and allow to infuse for 3 minutes.
- Fill serving glass with ice (about 4 cubes from Nespresso Ice cube tray.)
- Add syrup, top with sparkling water and stir. Add bay leaf.
- Strain coffee into glass. Garnish with skewer of berries and additional fresh lemongrass.
- *NOTE: Whole lemongrass stalks are not edible. Bay leaf is not edible.
