Let's make it!
1.Mix the Raspberry juice, water and salt and pour in a metal tray and place in the freezer until frozen (about 8 hours).
2.Brew the coffee (espresso) and let it stand for a few minutes to cool.
3.Use a fork and scrape large crystals of the frozen Raspberry granita and spoon the granita into a cup
Pour the cool coffee on top.
4.Spoon the whipped cream on top and serve.
