There’s something distinctively cheery about Volluto coffee. It’s full of sweet and biscuity flavours, combined with a little acidity and a fruity note.
For this blend, one of our oldest coffees, we’ve chosen an Arabica from the plains of Brazil and one from the midrange mountains of Colombia, two vastly different terroirs to add contrasting notes.
As we were developing Volluto , we noticed that the freshly harvested Brazilian beans had a sharp note that mellowed if we left them alone for several months before shipping. “Resting” is now an integral part of how we produce this sunny coffee. Discover all the Grands Crus.
